We need a new committee for 2025/26!
AGM is TONIGHT, Monday 31st March 2025, 7.30pm at Charles Riley Reserve.
Our Annual General meeting (AGM) is on Monday 31st March, 7.30pm at Charles Riley Reserve.
All welcome to attend. All committee positions will be declared vacant and a new committtee elected by clubs for the 2025/26 season.The summer season is almost over and we are already planning ahead to 2025/26. A number of the existing committee will not be continuing, so we need people to fill those roles for next season. We especially ask parents of younger athletes to step up and help make Hamersley an even better Centre next season and beyond!
We can only continue to have a strong Centre if we have enough volunteers working behind the scenes (and bonus you won’t have to select a parent roster on Saturdays)! We are a very friendly group who work together to plan the season and invite interested parents to come and join us. Full handover provided so experience is not necessarily required for many roles.
Roles we especially need to fill are President, Administration Officer (and bonus, this is a paid role), Registrar, Recording Officer Coaching & Seniors Coordinator, Publicity Officer and Inclusion Officer. We also have a variety of general committee roles.

2024/25 Summer Season Award winners: well done to everyone who received an award. We are very proud and love to recognise your efforts. Enjoy your winter but remember to keep up the fitness (cross country is a great way to do that 😉)
