Hamersley offers weekly centre training for athletes aged U12 and older, whether you’re registered for Little Athletics, Senior competition, or both. These sessions are open to athletes who want to improve their technique, build confidence, and prepare for Athletics West Strive events and State competition.
Training takes place every Wednesday from 5:00pm to 6:30pm at Charles Riley Reserve, North Beach. The program runs from through the summer season. No need to register for training—just show up, ready to train.

You don’t need to be a top athlete to benefit from training. Sessions are designed to support athletes of all levels, with coaches tailoring drills and advice to suit individual needs.
