As part of our new One Club model Hamersley Athletics Centre now provides Summer track and field training for all athletes (U7–U18) across three convenient locations – Charles Riley, Mullaloo and Karrinyup.
Whether you’re based north, central, or south of our catchment area, every athlete has equal access to high-quality coaching and facilities at our Hamersley Training Hubs. This approach reflects our commitment to delivering a consistent, professional, and community-driven training environment for all our athletes.
Training Hubs operate between 5pm – 7pm, with structured sessions designed to develop skills and confidence. Session times and durations available per week are dependent on age groups.
The Training Schedule section below provides the general training framework for each hub. As registration numbers are finalised a more detailed training program will be provided.
2025/26 season training starts on Monday, 22nd September 2025 5pm at the Northern and Southern Training hub and on Tuesday, 23rd September 2025 5pm at the Central Training Hub.

Hamersley Specialist Training
Hamersley offers weekly specialised training for athletes aged U13 and older, whether you’re registered for Little Athletics WA, Strive competition, or both. These sessions are open to athletes who want to improve their technique, build confidence, and prepare for Athletics West Strive events and State competition.
Training takes place every Wednesday from 5:30pm to 7pm at Charles Riley Reserve, North Beach. The program runs through the summer season.

You don’t need to be a top athlete to benefit from training. Sessions are designed to support athletes of all levels, with coaches tailoring drills and advice to suit individual needs.
